IT ALL STARTS WITH A CONSULTATION.
TO UPHOLD THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WE BELIEVE IN, WE CAN ONLY TAKE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF PRIVATE CLIENTS EACH MONTH. WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER WORKSHOPS AND ONLINE RESOURCES SO YOU CAN FIND THE HELP YOU NEED FOR YOUR DOGS. WE ALSO HAVE A LIST OF APPRENTICE COMPANIES TRAINED IN THE LCDT METHOD WE CAN REFER YOU TO IF WE CANNOT GET YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER. PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT/DONATION TO HOLD YOUR SPOT.
All proceeds from our training goes to our non-profit partner MIDWEST ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY non-refundable DONATION is required to hold the date of your CONSULTATION, these donations continue to support the work we do to help more people and animals. No date is reserved on our calendar until the full consultation fee is received. If you must cancel your consultation, we ask you to give us enough time to fill your spot with another person and other animals in need. AGAIN ALL DONATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but TAX-DEDUCTIBLE and go to our work helping more animals.
PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS are designed to help you understand the fundamentals of our philosophy and training methods, the foundation for our training plans, and the tools we use and why we use them. So you can get the help you and your dog needs. There are many things that go into assessing an animal's behavior; lack of clear guidance, environment, stress, physical issues, etc.
*PLEASE NOTE: If your animal is displaying AGGRESSIVE behavior and/or has bitten someone. Please keep on a leash and use management tools to keep everyone safe until we can meet; leash, muzzle and a kennel. This LCDT PHONE CONSULTATION is an hour long focused conversation help people problem solve as well as understand our training philosophies, processes, tools, and methods available to you. This will include an assessment of your current situation and a follow up email with recommendations to help you and your dogs move forward on a path to peace!
